Me and wife have used this guy twice !

Both times he has found the house we needed, sold the house we had and all for the budget we were looking for! He never rushed us and was always patient in helping us look for houses , no matter how many, or how far away. It was also nice to get a realtor who would give us honest opinions on homes. "Jeremy was FANTASTIC in helping us move from out of state to South Carolina. Not only was he willing to do virtual home tours for us, but he also made sure to to free up his schedule when we were in town on the weekend for several hours to show us houses. He was always very responsive to our needs, very knowledgeable about re-sale homes AND new construction homes. He recommended some fantastic inspectors who found a leak in our home that would have caused immense damage if not fixed early. Jeremy advocated for our wants and needs with the contractors building our home and helped us find the home that best suited our needs.
